AGREEMENT ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

By booking an appointment at Moxie Jays Salon, you acknowledge that: - You have read and understand these policies. - You agree to comply with these policies during your visit. - These policies are established by Jayma' Whitlock and not by individual stylists or artists.

CANCELLATION & LATE POLICY

Cancellations & Rescheduling:

A minimum of 48 hours' notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to do so will result in a 50% charge of the scheduled service. - No-Show Policy: If you no-show without giving notice, you will be charged 100% of the service cost you were booked for. This must be paid before a new appointment is scheduled. - Late Arrivals: If you are more than 15 minutes late to your scheduled appointment time, you potentially forfeit your appointment (this will be at the discretion of the stylist) and are charged a $50 fee. This must be paid before a new appointment is scheduled. - Emergency Grace Policy: Each client is allowed one emergency cancellation or reschedule per calendar year without incurring a fee. After this, any missed, canceled, or rescheduled appointment without appropriate notice will require payment of the cancellation fee before booking the next appointment.

PAYMENT POLICIES

Accepted Payments:

We accept cash, major credit cards, and digital payments (e.g., Apple Pay, Venmo). - Transactions: All transactions are to be paid in full before leaving your appointment. - Bounced Checks: A $50 penalty fee will be applied for any returned checks due to insufficient funds.

CHILDREN POLICY

- We adore your little ones, but we kindly ask that children under the age of 10 do not accompany parents to appointments unless they have a scheduled service.

- Children receiving services should have appointments scheduled separately from parent appointments to ensure they receive the attention they deserve.

- For safety reasons, children must not be left unattended in the salon at any time.

SERVICE POLICIES

  • Satisfaction Guarantee: If you're not satisfied with your service, please contact us within 2 days for an adjustment.

  • Service Corrections: Adjustments are available only if the requested style was not achieved, and corrections are at the stylist's discretion.

  • Service Refusals: Moxie Jays Salon reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at our discretion.

BEHAVIOR & CONDUCT

  • Respectful Environment: We expect all clients to treat our team and other clients with respect and kindness.

  • Disruptive Behavior: Disruptive or inappropriate behavior will result in immediate termination of the appointment without a refund.

HEALTH POLICIES

  • Client Health: Please inform your stylist of any allergies, sensitivities, or health conditions before your appointment

COMMUNICATION POLICIES

  • Direct Contact: Please direct all appointment-related communication to your stylist directly or contact our salon at (270) 989-0580.

  • Response Time: Please allow up to 48 hours for a response to non-urgent inquiries.
